NOTE: Food and Beverage vendors are required to charge a 15% kitchen fee to each customer on all food and beverage.
Insurance Coverage: If you will be bringing in food and/or non-alcoholic beverages we will need a binder from your insurance company (see Rental Policies #5), which shows you have liability coverage in the amount of $300,000.00 for the event. This document needs to be returned along with your signed contract. Arrangements can be made by contacting your homeowner’s insurance provider.
